My film opens on an artist in their studio who is working so passionately on an illustration they send one of their creations, a blue bear, careening into the trash can and off into a whole new world. Our protagonist Nizzie Bear is plopped down into a setting surrounded by mounds of toys and rubbish stacked high as a mountain. Curiosity is her biggest trait that motivates her to not be fearful and explore right away unaware that someone is watching. Through her exploration she trips over a turntable and is enthralled by this weird contraption which leads her to meeting a scruffy yellow cat who was watching her before. Meowzart is a musically enthusiastic cat wearing headphones and the owner of the turntable that is his most prized possession. He sits next to Nizzie Bear and strikes up the turntable to play his favorite song. Through sharing a piece of music Meowzart opens a door to friendship with Nizzie Bear and thus begins the bond of their companionship and hopefully the start to a series filled with eccentric characters, zany adventures, and most importantly a lot of heart.
